What does Wispero do?
Wispero is a CNC and laser workshop from Suwałki, Poland. We design, cut and engrave wooden décor and accessories: 3D wall panels, wooden maps, accessories for restaurants, branded corporate gifts, wedding favours and event décor.
Do you ship across Poland?
Yes. We ship via parcel locker (20,99 zł) or courier (22,99 zł). Large products – MDF backdrops, the bench and the cart – go by oversize courier for 150 zł, stands for 100 zł. Free pick-up in Suwałki is also possible. For deliveries outside Poland, please contact us.
How long does an order take?
Our products are made to order. We usually ship within 7 working days, at the latest within 10 working days from receipt of payment. For personalised products, the time is counted from approval of the design.
Can I order personalisation – names, a date or a logo?
Yes. On the product page there is a “Personalisation text” field where you can enter names, a date or text. Please send logos and graphic files after placing your order to sklep@wispero.pl, quoting your order number.
Do you hire out décor for weddings and events?
Yes. We hire out the Angel Wings bench (500 zł/day), the Candy Cart (500 zł/day), a white arch backdrop 120 × 220 cm (350 zł/day), black quarter arches 197 cm (250 zł/day) and 181 cm (230 zł/day) and a welcome-sign stand (150 zł/day). Ask about availability with the “Check availability” button or by phone: +48 504 519 004.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are handled by Tpay: instant bank transfer, BLIK and payment card.
Do you have an offer for businesses, decorators and wedding venues?
Yes. We offer B2B discounts to decorators, florists, wedding venues and wedding planners. We also make branded corporate gifts and HoReCa accessories for restaurants, cafés and hotels. Write to sklep@wispero.pl.
Can I return a product?
You can return standard products within 14 days without giving a reason. Personalised products made to your design cannot be returned. Details on the Returns & complaints page.
