Welcome-sign stand – hire for weddings, communions and events
A welcome-sign stand is one of the first things guests see at your event – perfect for welcoming guests at a wedding, communion, christening, birthday or corporate event. We make the structure by hand in our workshop in Suwałki using CNC and laser equipment, which allows precise workmanship and any personalisation of the lettering (names, date, occasion, theme).

Hire price: 150 PLN / day
Important information
We hire out the finished structure with a board and lettering agreed individually with the client. Additional decoration (flowers, balloons) is prepared by the client or ordered from florists/decorators.
Hire area and delivery
We hire in Suwałki and within a radius of about 200 km. Delivery within 30 km of Suwałki is free. For locations beyond 30 km, the transport cost is agreed individually – it depends on the distance and the number of items hired.
Personalisation
Write to us with the text you would like on the stand (e.g. the couple’s names, the event date, a welcome message) and we will prepare a quote and a date.
Booking
Because the number of pieces is limited, book your date well in advance – especially in the wedding season (May–September).
